Shipment and Returns
We endeavour to ship the items within five working days of receipt of payment. Note that this can take longer if you pay by cheque as we have to wait for it to clear.
Helen will e-mail you to confirm when your order has been dispatched. If you order custom-made jewellery it will take longer to dispatch items – especially if you order silver items which need to be sent off for hallmarking to the Assay office.
Items are placed in gift boxes, pouches or bags and shipped in padded envelops or cardboard boxes. Occasionally we recycle envelopes and boxes.
If for whatever reasons you would like to return an item to us you can post the item back to us within 7 days of receipt. Please return it to us in the original condition with all tags intact to receive a refund. Postage will be refunded and we would recommend you to obtain a proof of postage or use recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in the post.
Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons we only accept earrings if they have not been worn. Custom-made items are also excluded from a refund unless they are faulty. Please see also our Terms and Conditions for extra information.
